"3Dtest3.ut2"

is a demo map for a static mesh containing UV-textures on both sides of the faces.

The files "windings.bmp" and "simple_things3_UV.lwo" are just for you to check the source material.

In order to play 3Dtest3.ut2
you should extract "Mathias_Fuchs_3Dexample.utx" to your
UT2003/Textures directory.

Then extract "Mathias_Fuchs_3Dtest.utx" to your
UT2003/StaticMeshes directory.

Then open "3Dtest3.ut2".

Hope everything goes well. In cause of troubles, mail me. Thanks.

P.s.: You can look at "screenshot.jpg" to see what you should see once you opened
"3Dtest3.ut2". The main thing to take care of during modelling is that you do have normals from every triangle pointing to both sides of the triangle's surface.
In case you model with Lightwave's modeler this means that you have to open the surface editor
and check "Double sided" as being on. In case you model in Maya or 3D Studio Max, fo and ask someone who knows.
